Great staff - great pool area. Breakfast is fabulous. Room was clean and serviced daily by the nicest young man. The gym was was well appointed. The Spa for massages was wonderful. The carpets in hallways and walls in hallways to rooms could be deep cleaned.

Good resort with reasonable price

Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation.

Great stay, as you would expect from a double tree

Large and comfortable room, nice shower, room safe and everything else you would need. I’m not sure how old the hotel is but it is just starting to feel a little dated in the rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful, also nice to have the pool table and a few other activities in the lobby. We had an issue with the fridge not working in our room which they resolved straight away. Gym was decent size and very quiet when we were here also. It is in a bit of an odd location where you must get a Grab everywhere but they are cheap and available.

Nice staff, comfy bed and good breakfast. The room had an uncomfortable musty smell. Our friends changed room several times. The seaview was only partial from the balcony. From inside the room the view was the back of another building. The pool was small and crowded, no chance for a swim. The hotel is far from town and the road i often very crowded
