"Wonderful hotel, but it's more of a chain hotel than a boutique hotel in my opinion. It's super comfortable and has the great advantage of being right next to the beach. The staff is superb. The room is super comfortable and very nice. I highly recommend it for spending time with your partner and enjoying the beach."

From fresh, local breakfast options (and GF if that’s your thing) to the most flavorful ceviche and aguachile. Don’t forget to try the fish with the yucca puree for dinner. La Libélula is not about cookie-cutter luxury or robotic service. It’s about being seen, feeling at peace, and truly unwinding. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. "I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. The cenote has two docks and an upstairs deck looking over cenote with jumping platform. The kayaks can be used at no charge. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely rustic place. Beds are comfortable and rue beach is lovely. I noticed it was o e of few places that cleaned up their beach section daily. If you're only lookong for a place to sleep this is a good option, but if what to vacation and veg at the hotel, go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place for everyone. I loved it, but the hydro and water is shotty. One morning there was no water, we had to abide by "if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down", there was no hot water the first night but no issues the other nights. This is the quiet section of the hotel zone and no restaurant at the hotel. But some good food near by. Do be aware there is no fresh water at the hotel. If fact all fresh water must be trucked into the hotel zone. 1l of chlorinated water is provided daily with no meams to keep it cold. "
